Return & Exchange Policy
We are a brand that specializes in handcrafted made-to-order products. Once your order has been placed, a lot of time and resources goes into making each product. Being handmade, our talented artisans craft each piece with lot of love and time. To safeguard their efforts we do not allow any returns on any order.
In case you have received a damaged piece, you can reach out to us at gulhanejaipur@gmail.com. We can either exchange the damaged piece or offer a refund once the item is returned to us within 3 days of receiving the item. Once the returned item passes the quality check, we will process the refund within 7 days.
Please note orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Please note during Sale, return, exchange and refund will not be applicable. Exchange will be entertained only if product has a problem or defect.
REFUNDS (upon return)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the return. If approved, then your refund will be processed through a store credit note that can be redeemed on your next purchase. A credit note can only be used for in-store purchases on www.gulhanejaipur.com and cannot be redeemed in cash.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged from our end or there is a size issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gulhanejaipur@gmail.com. It must also be in the original packaging with tag and must be returned within 3 days of receiving the order.
Depending on where the customer lives, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach the destination, may vary.
