DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Order Processing: As our products are handcrafted, Gulhane Jaipur orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays and festivals.
The Gulhane Luxe segment of the brand is a make-to-order brand to minimise wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. International orders are usually delivered within 20-23 business days and domestic orders within 10-20 business days. We will send you an email with delivery date after the orders are placed.
Please note There may be an extra 10-15 day delay in order deliver due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and avoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, our team shall inform you about the delay via mail or call.
Charges: Gulhane Jaipur offers FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders. For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees is charged per kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the total order parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout.
Tax and duties:
Indian GST: All prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of Indian GST.
Tax and Duties on International Orders: Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s taxes policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.
If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such customs charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.
Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.
Process: Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is processed and your outfit(s) is out from the manufacturing unit, the ordered item(s) are passed through multi-level quality checks. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is delivered, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.
